Canoe control have or are moving there camp site site some 15k down the river

Here is a copy of Stuarts e-mail to let us no what they are going to do this year.

After some nine years Canoe Control are moving their Alps summer camp.

We are moving some 15 k (down river) from our old site to an even more fantastic site in the Valley of the river Biasse. It has all the great attributes of our old site and far more. Its a site purpose built for kayakers, Climbers, Mountain Bikers and Walkers. We have secured a very large area with options on more if we need it. If clients feel they need other accommodation there are Hotels and Gites in the Valley.

Please find below some details for you to look at however; keep an eye on our website for further information.

- Beautiful scenic alpine valley
- Very quiet.
- Very shady.
- Very safe.
- Relaxed atmosphere.
- Great for families.
- River side location.
- Warm lake on site for kayak training.
- Warm swimming lake 10mins away.
- 10 mins by road to the lÁrgenteire slalom course
- 10 mins by road to the lake at Roche-d-Rame.
- Lots of space.
- Wyfi connection and good mobile phone reception.
- Some great walking, biking trails to hand, plus some fantastic Via Farratas and climbing crags within walking distance.
- Improved shower and washing facilities.
- Set just off the main Durance Valley but, only 10 mins to main Valley road.
- Improved central location to reach all the areas great rivers.
- Campsite shop.
- Hotel, Restaurants and Bar within walking distance at the alpine village of Pallon.
